Help Center: Email Receipts

Automated Email Text: The Launcht System will send at designated times. There are 5 types of emails you can choose to populate and send: Payment/Vote Receipt, Goal Met, Expiring Campaign, Expired-Goal Met, and Expired-Goal Not Met. These all have standard answers, but you can customize them to suit your campaign needs. It is important that you make sure this content is in line with your platform goals, as the emails will send out automatically at the designated times.

Email Merge Fields will help you customize your emails with campaign-specific information so that they appear personalized. For example, #TOTAL will automatically fill in the total amount raised by the campaign so far. The word #TOTAL will not appear in the email; rather, the total amount raised will appear.

Payment/Vote Receipt is sent automatically by fundraisers to funders to thank them for their support after they donate to a campaign.

Funding Receipt to Funder is sent automatically to the funders of any campaign.

Voting Receipt to Voter is sent automatically to anyone who has voted for a campaign on your platform.

Goal Met is sent to project leaders when they have reached their campaign goal.

Expiring Campaign is sent to project leaders two days before their campaign ends.

Expired-Goal Met is sent to project leaders upon the completion of their campaign if they have reached their funding goal.

Expired – Goal Not Met is sent to project leaders upon the completion of their campaign if they have failed to reach their funding goal.
